Services / B2B Fulfilment

Trade and distributor orders prepared properly.

B2B fulfilment for case quantities, carton orders, mixed SKUs, retailer requirements and pallet shipments.

Not every order is a small parcel

Manufacturers, industrial suppliers, distributors and wholesale brands often need a different fulfilment approach from a consumer-only operation. Orders may contain full cases, mixed SKUs, branch allocations, retailer-specific labels, accompanying documents or complete pallets.

The process begins with the order profile and destination requirements. We define how stock is identified, picked, checked, packed, documented and staged so that the finished shipment is suitable for its onward route.

Carton and case quantitiesFull-case, split-case and mixed-SKU order preparation.

Pallet despatchConsolidation, identification and staging for onward collection.

A defined route from order to despatch

  1. Receive the order or agreed release instruction
  2. Allocate stock and identify any exceptions
  3. Pick cartons, cases or mixed quantities
  4. Check SKU, quantity and destination requirements
  5. Pack, label and prepare relevant documentation
  6. Stage parcels, cartons or pallets for onward despatch

Documentation, labelling and presentation

B2B errors can delay receiving, create retailer queries or disrupt downstream stock records. The agreed method can therefore include carton markings, delivery documentation, pallet labels, branch separation and checks against customer-supplied routing instructions.

Requirements vary by customer and destination. Current labelling, booking and documentation instructions should be supplied before the operational method is agreed.

What helps us assess the requirement?

  • SKU list, product dimensions and case quantities
  • Typical orders, lines per order and shipment frequency
  • Parcel, carton, mixed-SKU and pallet split
  • Labelling, documentation or retailer instructions
  • Storage profile and expected stock movement
  • Preferred collection or onward delivery method
